Bud X Change Auctions facilitates the supply and demand needs for the commercial medical marijuana industry in the most secure and efficient manner available in todays market while promoting community.
Bud X Change provides state of the art revolving auctions connecting OMMA licensed commercial growers and buyers directly with the largest variety of exclusive cannabis products in one venue. Growers can register with Bud X to showcase and procure their essential products through the secure Auction platform in a convenient manner. Register as a processor to purchase desired consumables and showcase current deliverables to all affiliated Bud X dispensaries. Register as a dispensary with the Bud X Change to shop for premium cannabis products that include dry flowers, vapes, edibles, concentrates, topicals and accessories.
The Auction Process
All Growers and Buyers must be “registered” and logged into Bud X Change.
The Buyer: The registration process requires Buyer’s details including: Name, phone number, address, and OMMA license number. Each registered buyer is given a Bud X Change Number that is used for identification during Auction.
The Seller: The registration process requires Grower's details including: Farm Name, phone number, address, and OMMA license number. Each registered seller is given a Bud X Change Number that is used for identification during Auction.
EARLY AUCTION - Before the start of an auction, members are allowed a preview period to access the platform and purchase directly with the Buy It Now BIN option for select items within the EARLY auction phase. The preview period is 24 hours before Bud X auction starts. Once potential buyers are done viewing all the items and are interested in purchasing they simply move to the front of the line and purchases are made at the onset of the ”Auction” start time.
AUCTION - The green OPEN button signals the Auction start. The Auction items are listed on the page by product giving a brief description. The bidders then ”Enter” their bids and submit them into the provided area. If the “Buyer” has the top bid he will show up green on the page as IN. If another buyer becomes the leading bidder the Buyer button will turn to red as OUT, with each bid being higher than the subsequent bid, the highest bidder will become the purchaser of the item. The auction ends when there are no more bids or the time of the auction expires when the red CLOSED button appears.
